iGROW is a Singapore workplace mental wellbeing consultancy. This notice explains how we handle your data when you take the iGROWFIT Mental Fitness Style Quiz, whether you found it on your own or your employer invited you.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Aggregated results only. Never your name, never your individual answers, never your individual PHQ-2 result.
We withhold any figure where the underlying group has fewer than five respondents, so that no one can be identified by working backwards from a small group. This applies to every group we report, not merely to the company total. If only three people in your function answered, that function's scores are withheld from your employer, and we tell them it was withheld.
This is the part that matters most, so we state it precisely. iGROW does not disclose personal data identifying an individual respondent to the participating organisation, or to any other party, except:
(a) where disclosure is required or authorised under applicable law, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore), or by order of a court or other competent authority;
(b) where, in the professional judgement of a trained and qualified psychologist and/or counsellor, disclosure is necessary to prevent or lessen a serious threat to the life, health or safety of the respondent or of another individual, and then only to the extent necessary for that purpose;
(c) to service providers engaged by iGROW to process personal data on its behalf, under written contract imposing obligations of confidentiality and security no less protective than those set out in this notice.
All reporting furnished to the participating organisation is provided in aggregate, de-identified form. Aggregate figures are withheld where the underlying group comprises fewer than five respondents.
Paragraph (b) exists because we would rather reach out to someone who is struggling than hide behind a privacy policy. It is not a route for your employer to learn anything about you. Your employer is never told.
The quiz, including the PHQ-2 questions, is a psychoeducational self-assessment. It cannot replace an assessment by a qualified mental health professional, and it cannot tell you what is "wrong" with you.
If your answers suggest you may be going through a difficult period, we show you a supportive message and easy, no pressure ways to talk to someone. You are never required to take that up, and choosing not to has no consequence for you.
Data that identifies you is kept only as long as we have a reason to hold it, and is then deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Anonymised research and benchmark data, which cannot be traced back to you, may be kept indefinitely.
Records connected to a safety concern are kept longer, because we may need to account for a decision our professionals made. Ask us and we will tell you exactly how long, for your situation.
Under the PDPA you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent to our using it. Write to psychologists@igrow.co and we will respond.
Because the quiz does not require your name or email, we may be unable to locate your responses unless you gave us contact details. If you did, tell us the email you used.
Your responses are stored on access controlled systems, and the quiz is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are a person rather than a bot.
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
